Today was really amazing. As you may know I hit a fitness goal today of running a whole mile without stopping. Yep, this is one happy girl right now.

  2. Weather: WINDY
  3. Distance: 5.36 miles
  4. Monthly total: 38.21 miles

  • Mile 3: 18:45
  • Mile 4: 19:24

  • Mile .36: 19:35
