You are moving slowly through your weight loss journey but don't let that discourage you. You know you can do this because you have done it before. You have to be more aware of the food choices you are making. Instead of swinging into McDonalds for a quick breakfast whip up an omelet at home instead.

Your FitBit has been a huge encouragement for you. Although you have been having trouble reaching you step goal since you were sick last weekend you are going to begin to push yourself to get those 10,000 steps a day. I know you are. 

You can do this. 2015 is your year to be selfish and get your health under control. You want it so bad you just need to put a little more work into it and you will begin to see results. Once those results are being seen you will be unstoppable.
