You have survived a very exciting weekend and a completely stressful week to go along with it. You are golden right now. You have to start working to get back towards losing weight. You wanted to get prepared for this week with meal planning and prepping but I think you should save that for next weekend. This week you should focus on cleaning your house and getting rid of items you don't use or no longer want.

You have plans to start a couch to the 5k program but I don't think you should be starting that right now. You have been busy with your son's birthday party and your best friend's bridal shower, this week is the week to get relaxed and get your mind back on track. I wish you could take a day to catch up on some sleep, but that is not going to happen.
